don't read this. it's seriously not worth your time.

OH MY GOD. I can't write ANYTHING. I feel like I've had writer's block for MONTHS, and I don't even BELIEVE in writer's block.

They say if you just start writing, you'll surprise yourself, but I have tried. I have tried countless times, and the only way in which I have surprised myself was by just HOW BAD the stuff I was writing was. (Did you see that sentence? THAT'S the kind of crap I've been writing) It's not just the blog either. It's everything. Stories. Other, different stories. Work-related things. Thank-you notes. Still other stories. I hate everything I write. I'm probably going to delete this post too because I can't stand re-reading it or thinking that you might be reading it. Poor saps. If you've gotten this far. I should insult your mother here, or your dog, just to see who responds in a pissed-off manner indicating that they read this far.

Here's something I could write about: I accidentally made vegan chocolate mousse the other day and it was fabulous. You know what was in it? Avocado. Seriously. And balsamic vinegar. And...something else kind of gross that I can't remember. Oh. Soy sauce. It never occurred to me for some reason as I was making it that it was vegan. I was probably too stunned by how I had just mixed baking chocolate into avocado to ask the obvious question: "Now - WHY am I mixing chocolate into mashed-up avocado?" It was later, while I was eating it, that I made the connection: Avocado! Chocolate! Soy sauce! VEGAN!

So that's pretty much all that's happened to me recently. I'm exhausted by all this trying to force my brain to write when all it really wants is to watch The Dollhouse - have you seen this show? It's gotten all weird and apocolyptic and I'm totally hooked now. It's disgusting. I love it. I'm going to go watch it now.

So, what color is vegan avocado chocolate mousse? (ew. sounds so gross!)

Also, I dislike tarantulas.

Why did you read a recipe with avocodo, chocolate, and soy sauce i it, and decide that would be worth trying? Seriously, would an actual vegan eat that?

I wondered why, when you can actually have real live chocolate mousse, why you would have anything else?? (Unless of course you are a vegan...)

I love how disgusted you two are by the idea of avocado chocolate mousse. It's SO CUTE! Anyway, in answer to your questions: 1. vegan avocado chocolate mousse is brown, just like regular chocolate mousse. 2. Are you kidding me? Tarantulas are SO COOL! (But not as an addition to chocolate mousse of any dietary variety); 3. I have no idea, but I've seen you make similar cooking decisions. 4. Yes. Maybe. I don't know, actually, since I'm not personally a vegan., and 5. Right. I was tricked. I'm trying to be healthy because Raphael has high cholesterol and now that we're becoming elderly and whatever, I'm trying to watch our diets and I saw this recipe and was like, "No cholesterol! I'm making it!" (He seemed ambivalent about it, btw.)

For a post you told us all not to read, you're getting a lot of comments!

Nice post you got here. I'd like to read more concerning this matter. Thanks for sharing this information.

Yes. Interesting. I wish they were people who had concerns about chocolate guacamole rather than concerns about whatever exactly it is that they're concerned about. I would avoid clicking on any links they include. They're kind of freaking me out.

Wait a minute...maybe it's just that my friends are all high.

I love hot fudge.

Thanks for your opinions. They've really helped me with my college assignment in which I was required to compare and contrast the relative merits of hot fudge vs. butterscotch topping and also with my other college assignment where I was supposed to discuss the Dollhouse for some reason.
