Lila got a giant rawhide bone for Christmas from her grandparents this year. She has eschewed (ha!) chewing it in favor of burying it in different places all over the yard. We watched her bury it, for example, under a pile of gravel against the fence right outside the living room window. Then she "buried" it under the big agave in the back of the yard. This morning, she buried it in the Mexican Oregano.
"Buried" under the agave.
Buried in the Mexican Oregano.
Maybe rawhide is the trick to making this thing grow.
